Oh sure I love my green teas; and my peach infusions and nothing can sooth my frayed nerves quite like the essence of chamomile… but seriously can anything beat a hot cuppa chaya? with a hunk of rusk while seated on a bench besides a busy road? Especially loved this lady’s chai stall where my crew and i started each day of the shoot.

Nice Chai episode. “chaaya chaayeti chaayeti japikkayum,chaayaye thanne manasi chinthikkayum, “…. thus goes an old song in malayalam. it means tea fills your thoughts and your words. A good cup of tea is always welcome especially when you are doing a thing or even when you are doing nothing! It needs quite a bit of expertise to make a good cup of tea.

Hey. I also love tea and coffee. Just got back from China and they make numerous amazing tea varieties there. If you have an opportunity, you should definitely consider going.
